Job Description:
Restoration technicians work under supervision of management to repair or replace components of old structures to return buildings to the original state or appearance.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements include but not limited to:
a. Responding to emergency service fire and flood situations for both residential and commercial properties
b. Rmergency service board ups
c. Fire clean up and soot removal
d. Water extraction
e. Specialized carpet and or upholstery cleaning
f. Mold remediation
g. General cleaning
h. Light carpentry
Fluent in Spanish and previous restoration knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required. A valid drivers license is also a requirement. Restoration Estimator/Road Manager:
Job Description:
Represent ServiceMaster to the insurance industry and their customers by providing accurate and timely estimates and scope of losses. Be on call 7/24/365. Previous restoration estimating experience a must Experience estimating with Xactimate software and computer proficient (Word, Excel, and email).
Experience with scoping damaged property, analyzes of blueprints specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, labour, equipment and material estimates for project or services Coordinate activities of tradesmen and general labourers engaged in job related activities.
Sales/Marketing Representative
Job Description:
Represent ServiceMaster to the insurance industry and others to gain business. Seeking a talented individual (fluent English and Spanish speaking abilities), who will be responsible for scheduling an approximate number of appointments each week to meet with insurance agents, property managers, business owners, etc. and recommend our services and products on an ongoing basis. We will train you on our products and must have access to transportation and know the Miami-Dade area well.
Candidates must be self-motivated, disciplined, enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and have an aggressive attitude toward sales. Benefits: commission based on completed jobs, flexible day hours, and mileage reimbursement. Also, the candidate should be comfortable building strong and lasting relationships while holding a professional image. The sales agent territory is within the Miami-Dade County, and thus, must have access to reliable transportation.
