My wife and I would like to let you know how appreciative we are to ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration by Alpha Restoration, Jonathan Smith and his Team. We were very pleased with the company.They handled themselves very professional at all times, always on time and if there was a delay, which it was very rare that there was, Mr. Smith would always give us a phone call to make us aware what was happening.

ServiceMaster worked in our home with very little to no disruptions, when they finished at the end of each day, everything was cleaned and put away inside as well as outside. My wife and I was fortunate to have Jonathan Smith and ServiceMaster recommended to us. We trusted them in our home with no one being there most of the time but them, nothing in our home was ever misplaced. Mr. Smith supervised a team of very disciplined, well trained, focused, and thorough young men and women and he always worked along beside them.

Jonathan and his crew made a very stressful, unfortunate and uncomfortable situation a little more bearable. We would like to thank Kevin Lee for his recommendation, he supplied us with the name of two companies, Jonathan Smith was the one that responded.
